Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delay in the processing of your order via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight of your order.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s portal.

4. International Shipping

  • MEK Retail ships to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Lost Shipments

  • MEK Retail is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods for your claim.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy makes it easy to return items.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as gift cards, sale items, and personal care products, are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@mekretail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.

2. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. MEK Retail cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
